Andreas Sommer is an independent international operating senior consultant and senior project manager for digital infrastructure / connectivity and digital transformation. His key expertise include related strategic, economic, financial, procurement and technical advisory service for broadband, mobile networks, submarine cables, data centres and related telecom policies and regulations, and cybersecurity.
Since 1988, Andreas Sommer has provided independent consulting services through SEC-Sommer Engineering and Consulting (SEC), working independently or with international, project-specific teams assembled for individual assignments, with offices in Germany and South Africa (since 2010).
